Welcome to andilong.com. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Andi Long website, its free materials, and its inquiry forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Please stop using the site if you do not agree. Separate written agreements govern any coaching, leadership training, or speaking engagement you enter into with us.
Purpose of this site
The site introduces Andi Long’s books, speaking, leadership work, and private coaching. Its articles, descriptions, emails, and free resources, including The Becoming Blueprint, are for general educational and personal development purposes. They are not medical advice, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or a substitute for appropriate professional care. Reading the site or submitting a form does not establish a counselor-client, therapist-client, or coaching relationship.
Inquiries and services
You may submit an inquiry or application for Private Coaching with Andi, Becoming TRUE leadership work, or speaking. A form submission is a request for contact, not acceptance into a program, a promise of availability, or a binding service agreement. Scope, timing, fees, confidentiality, cancellation, and other service terms will be addressed in a separate written agreement when applicable. Becoming TRUE is a distinct leadership offering; the private coaching path is separate.
Books and outside checkout
Some book links take you to Gumroad, an outside checkout for digital books. Gumroad processes those purchases under its own checkout terms and privacy policy. The product listing and checkout should state the current price, format, delivery, and any applicable refund policy. This website does not process card payments for those digital books. Any print book availability or purchase through other retailers is governed by the relevant retailer’s terms.
Use of materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the site text, original frameworks, graphics, and free download are protected by applicable intellectual property law and belong to Andi Long or the relevant rights holder. You may view the site and download the free Blueprint for your own personal use. You may share a link to the site, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish, redistribute, or present substantial portions of the materials as your own without written permission. A purchase of a digital book grants only the use permitted by its product listing and checkout terms; it does not transfer copyright. Names and marks associated with other collaborators remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use and links
Do not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, or misleading material; interfere with site security; or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove or decline inappropriate submissions and restrict access where reasonably necessary. External links are provided for convenience. We do not control the availability or policies of outside sites and encourage you to review their terms before using them.
No promised outcome
People’s circumstances and results vary. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular personal, relationship, business, financial, or leadership result. Examples and testimonials, if displayed, describe individual experiences rather than promises about your outcome. We aim to keep site information accurate but may correct errors or update descriptions without prior notice.
Limits and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its free materials are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by service outages, third-party sites, or use of site information beyond what applicable law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that consumer law gives you. Oregon law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law; courts in Oregon are the intended venue for disputes unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
